Waiver Agreement
The undersigned agrees
to assume all risks incidental to the performance and participation
in the WorldFolk Foundation's (herein referred to as "WorldFolk")
Las Vegas GirlFestival 2007, whether occurring prior to, during,
or after the actual Event. WorldFolk, the management, its
agents, sponsors, and venues are not responsible or liable for
any injuries resulting from participation in the Las Vegas GirlFestival
2007. In the event that the Festival is delayed, rescheduled,
or canceled due to circumstances beyond our control, including
but not limited to, adverse weather, acts of war, acts of god,
etc., WorldFolk, its agents, sponsors, and venues will be held
harmless. All participants are responsible for the safety
of their personal items, instruments, artwork, and equipment
at all times. WorldFolk, its agents, sponsors, and venues
will not be held responsible for missing, broken, stolen, or
lost items and equipment. Management reserves the right
to refuse admission or reject any persons whose conduct is deemed
to be disorderly or who fails to comply with the Terms and Conditions
herein. WorldFolk reserves the right to make changes to
the Rules of the Festival. All decisions of WorldFolk are
final and will not be challenged. All performers and artists
must be female for this Festival. All participants are
responsible for their own travel and travel related expenses.
All performers and artists agree and understand that they are

By signing below, I confirm I have read and agree to the conditions
and rules stated in this Waiver Agreement. Signature is
required by artist or performer representative. Once chosen
for the Las Vegas GirlFestival 2007, you must fill out and submit
this form to WorldFolk prior to the Festival in order to participate
in the Las Vegas GirlFestival 2007. Mail completed form

Box 29053, Las Vegas NV 89126 USA. Or email completed
